Partnership, in our view, is based on mutual respect and working towards a shared goal. As a growing company, we see personal relationships with our partners and easy, low-threshold communication as our advantage. It is important to us that we know our partners, and that they know us.

For us, partnership primarily means trust, flexibility, and agility, which enables smooth communication. Good information flow, timeliness of information, and openness are key factors in a strong partnership. This way, we can face difficult times together with our partners and solve problems collectively.

Based on our 2024 partner experience survey, our partners report that we have succeeded in the following areas:

  • More than 80 % of our partners think that Vetcare is reliable.

  • 78 % of our partners feel that we understand their businesses.

  • Almost 80 % of our partners are content with their contact persons at Vetcare and know who to contact.

Dechra have a strong commitment to providing innovative solutions in the anaesthesia/analgesia therapy area. Canine procedural sedation is an area that has not changed in decades and we knew that this was an area that we could improve for vets, pets and their owners. Dechra have thoroughly enjoyed partnering with Vetcare for the development and launch of the novel and innovative canine sedative agent Zenalpha.

It is always a privilege to bring an innovative new molecule to market and Dechra were able to build on Vetcare’s initial development, in order to bring the product to life together.

We continue to work in close partnership to ensure reliable manufacture and supply of Zenalpha as demand builds and our technical teams collaborate closely to further develop the product and studies underpinning the use of Zenalpha whilst providing veterinary teams with high-quality education and training.
